Beethoven: Sonata No.12 – Emre Nurbeyler

Resitalimden bir kesit olarak Beethoven Sonat No. 12 Op. 26 La bemol majör’ü dinleyebilirsiniz.

Kısa bilgi: Beethoven’ın erken dönemde yazdığı son sonatlardan biri olan bu La Bemol majör sonatı diğer sonatlardan farklı kılan şey, hiçbir bölümü “Sonat Allegrosu” formunda olmamasına rağmen sonat olarak kabul edilmesidir. Birinci bölüm (Andante con Variazioni) bir tema ile başlar, daha sonra bu tema 5 farklı biçimde çeşitlenir. İkinci bölüm Beethoven’ın erken sonatlarında sık rastladığımız “Scherzo-Trio” formundadır. Üçüncü bölüm bir cenaze marşıdır, ancak kimin için yazdığı henüz bilinmemektedir. Dördüncü bölümde (Allegro) ise devamlı giden, parçanın sonuna dek durmayan bir hareket görürüz.

Short info: This sonata is one of the last sonatas which Beethoven wrote in his early period. What makes this different from other sonatas is that even though none of the movements are in sonata form, it is still considered as a sonata. First movement (Andante con Variazioni) is made up from one theme and five variations based on the theme. The second movement is in Scherzo-Trio form, which is commonly used by Beethoven in his early sonatas. The third movement is a Funeral March, but we don’t know whose death it is for. In the fourth movement (Allegro) there is a continuous non-stopping movement (Perpetuum Mobile) which goes on until the piece ends.
